Azuluna Foods came to me with big goals: scale their regenerative protein brand, grow direct-to-consumer sales, and launch a wholesale program from scratch. Over the course of our work together, I led the strategic marketing vision—aligning digital, print, and social efforts to support both sides of the business.
On the D2C side, I improved site UX, supported CRO through targeted testing, and directed creative updates that resulted in a 677% increase in site traffic and 170% growth in net sales (Q1 2024 vs. Q2 2025). I also implemented an organic social media strategy and created scroll-stopping content that strengthened Azuluna’s brand presence and product discovery across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
To expand wholesale, I built and launched a fully custom B2B marketing and sales program, including a digital ordering platform, print collateral, and email workflows for foodservice buyers.
From packaging updates and product page redesigns to managing content across email, social, and Shopify, my role was all about bridging vision and execution—with measurable results to show for it.
